This 24-year-old transgender male presented to the office interested in chest reconstruction wishing to achieve a completely flat chest and reduction of the size of his areola. He underwent Bilateral Subcutaneous Mastectomies with Free Nipple Areola Graft. Photographs were obtained 4 months after surgery.
