Women in her 40s undergoes Breast Augmentation/Lift

This 46-year-old women presented to the office interested in a Re-Do Breast Augmentation to achieve symmetry. She underwent Breast Augmentation for Poland Syndrome with saline implants as a teenager and is now dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts being too small and uneven. She has had 3 children and has no personal or family history of breast cancer. Her pre operative bra size was 34B. She underwent a Re-Do Right Breast Augmentation with a Natrelle Smooth Cohesive Moderate Profile 350cc implant and a Left Breast Lift. Her post operative bra size was 34C. Photographs were taken 4 months post operatively.
