Women in her 30's exchanging saline for silicone implants in Providence, RI

This 35 year old woman presented to the office dissatisfied with her breasts being too small and asymmetrical. She originally underwent Breast Augmentation in 2014 with Saline implants. She now wishes to have them exchanged for silicone as well as increasing the size. Her pre-operative bra size was 34D. She underwent Removal of bilateral saline implants, Left breast capsulectomy and Redo Breast Augmentation with Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile implants, 750cc on the Right and 800cc on the Left, and achieved a post-operative bra size of 38DD. Photos were taken 7 months post-operatively.
