27-year-old woman with back pain undergoes Breast Reduction in Fall River

This 27-year-old woman presented to the office with a long history of upper back, bilateral shoulder, breast and neck pain. Her pre operative bra size was 34G. A Bilateral Breast Reduction was performed removing 395 grams from the Right and 425 grams from the Left. Post operative bra size was 34D. Photographs were taken 4 months post operatively.
