48-year-old woman wishes to undergo breast reduction-N. Dartmouth, MA

This 48-year-old woman presented to the office with a long history of upper back, bilateral shoulder, and neck pain. Her pre operative bra size was 38DDD. A Bilateral Breast Reduction was performed removing 737 grams from the right breast and 778 grams from the left breast. Photographs were taken 3 months post operatively.
