This 36 year-old woman was diagnosed with Right Breast Cancer and was treated with pre-operative chemotherapy. Genetic tests was completed and was negative. Following the completion of chemotherapy the patient underwent a bilateral skin-sparing and nipple-sparing mastectomies with Immediate Implant-based Bilateral Breast Reconstruction. The surgery was done in two stages.
Stage 1: Allergan Inspira tissue expanders were inserted following the mastectomy. Over the course of three months the patient underwent expansion of the tissue expanders.
Stage 2: Bilateral tissue expanders were exchanged for Allergan Smooth cohesive Moderate Profile 485cc Silicone breast implants.
Post operative photographs were taken 3 months after the final procedure.
