This 45 year-old female presented to the office dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts being too small and feeling deflated. Her pre operative bra size was 36B. She underwent a Bilateral Breast Lift with insertion of Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Plus profile 375cc silicone implants. Her post operative bra size was 36DPhotographs were taken three months post operatively.
