47 year old woman undergoes Breast Lift with Silicone Implants

This 47 year old female presented to the office dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts being too small and with the loss of volume she has experienced. She would also like to achieve symmetry as her left breast is larger than the right. She underwent a full Breast Lift with insertion of Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Plus implants 475cc on the right and 450cc on the left to achieve symmetry. Her Pre operative bra size was 36C and her post operative bra size is 36D. Post operative photographs were taken at 3 months.
