This 47 year old female presented interested in improving the appearance of her abdomen and breasts after having four prior C-Section surgeries. She wanted a tighter abdomen and her breasts to be lifted and possibly fuller. Her pre operative bra size was a 34B. She underwent a full Abdominoplasty with muscle repair and a Breast Lift with insertion of Inamed Smooth, Round High Profile 280cc implants giving her a post-operative bra size of a Full 34 C. Photos were taken 3 months post-operatively.
