42 year old woman undergoes bilateral breast reconstruction
This 42 year-old woman was diagnosed with Right breast cancer and underwent a bilateral mastectomy with Immediate reconstruction. She did not require radiation therapy. The surgery was done in 2 Stages: Stage I - Mentor Tissue Expanders were inserted bilaterally following the mastectomy. Stage II - The Tissue Expanders were exchanged for Allergan Silicone Smooth Cohesive Moderate Profile 485cc on the right and 450cc on the left Breast Implants. The patient is contemplating Nipple Areola Tattooing. Photographs were taken 8 months after the final procedure.More
